Playing with Silhouettes

I love silhouette shots. I love them more especially if they are taken during the golden hours (sunrise or sunset). At such circumstances, one need not be professional photographers to create beautiful shots. I hope I did the silhouette theme some justice. I have accumulated  them (again) from my various trips  in the Philippines.

  1. good photos – excellent for the challenge – you did indeed do the theme justice… i believe we all interpret the world in our own way – that is what makes it magnificent. have a great week…and don’t stay up too late watching Asian shows! different way

    • Thank you for your kind words! And what you said is true, we can never run out of reasons to appreciate the world because each moment or angle can hold a variety of interpretations. 🙂

And don’t worry, I rarely sleep late these days. 🙂 Age is catching up on me! 🙂

  2. Very gorgeous silhouette shots! Right place at the right time… I can never seem to get decent silhouette shots. I love the first photo: simple, but with a golden sky in the background. The skies in all the shots look cloudy. Is it cloudy most of the time in the Philippines?
